Acting as an real estate agent, I assist my Clients in selling, purchasing or leasing properties. 
The service of agency to sell a property is performed in three stages:

1. Initial analysis and valuation of property

At this point I will verify the likelihood of expedite and profitable sales of given property. For that purpose I will prepare an initial property analysis, as part of which I will check the legal status of the property, determine its potential and estimate its value.

2. Preparation of property for sale

At this stage, I will conduct a full analysis of the legal situation of the property based on all necessary documents so that the sales transaction may run smoothly and without any unforeseen complications.
 
I will determine the final sales price of the property on the basis of a thorough analysis of other transaction prices or lease offers and my long-term experience property valuation.
 
I will take professional photos and draw up an appealing description of the property

3. Launching property in the market and active sales 

I will offer the property for sale via real estate portals, social media, network of cooperating agents and other marketing channels.
I will present the property as well as take part in the negotiation of price and transaction terms and conditions.

Having found a buyer, I will assist my Clients in finalizing all necessary formalities related to the sales transaction. I will schedule an appointment with a notary and coordinate actions of all the parties to the transaction until the very moment of releasing the property to the buyer.
