 About  me

My name is Adam Rzemieniuk.

I was certified as a property valuer in the year 2012 (license No. 5560). For the period of six years I worked in this capacity in a bank, where I was in charge of performing valuations of commercial, residential and undeveloped properties constituting collateral for credit claims. I am an expert witness at the District Court in Warsaw in the field of real estate and business valuation.

I have completed a number of specialized trainings for property valuers in the following areas: collaterals for bank claims, training for expert witnesses, as well as in the area of tax and treasury, financial statements and valuation of movables.

I am a graduate of Finance and Banking Faculty at the Warsaw School of Economics. Until 2013 I worked as chief specialist for credit risk evaluation methodology for corporate clients and as a credit analyst at commercial banks. For almost two years, as an equity analyst, I valuated companies listed on the Warsaw stock exchange.
